This week, Attorney Joseph McHugh was a part of an informative retirement workshop hosted by the Foundation for Financial Education, LA Law Center & Hemphill & Mikkhail. The two well attended workshops gave an overview of how to protect and plan for your retirement. Joe spoke on the need for planning in case you need nursing home care and how to move assets so you can qualify for Medi-CAL Long Term Care benefits even if you have more assets than Medi-CAL allows.
